You may be a Settlement Class Member in the proposed Hepatitis C Drug class action settlement in M.D., et al. v. Centene Corporation, Inc., et al. No. 18-cv-22372 (S.D. Fla.) (the "Action"). The Action concerns the denial of prior authorization for prescription drugs used to treat the hepatitis C virus (“HCV”) for certain individuals with medical or prescription drug benefits insured or administered by Centene. The Settlement would resolve all past, present, and future claims, actions, or demands against Centene Corporation, Inc., its direct and indirect corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the customers of any or all of those entities (collectively “Centene”), that are in any way related to the Action, hepatitis C drugs, or HCV.

Your rights and options—including the deadlines to exercise them—are explained on this Website. Please review all of the details carefully. 

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
DO NOTHING If you do nothing, you will be bound by the Settlement and its benefits, if it is approved by the Court. YOU WILL BE PRECLUDED FROM PURSUING ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST CENTENE.
OPT OUT AND EXCLUDE YOURSELF Write to the Settlement Administrator if you do not want to be bound by the Settlement. YOU WILL NOT BE PRECLUDED FROM PURSUING A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST CENTENE.
OBJECT File an objection with the Court if you are not satisfied with the Settlement. THE FILING OF AN OBJECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE YOU FROM THE SETTLEMENT.
FILE A CLAIM Class Members meeting specific criteria discussed below may file a claim for payment. If you file a claim, you will be bound by the Settlement and its benefits, if it is approved by the court. YOU WILL BE PRECLUDED FROM PURSUING ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST CENTENE.
